It all began with a design consultation with the clients, days after they closed on this condo in the heart of Boulder, CO. The clients engaged us to design their dream vacation home that they can enjoy for generations. We did the design plan and a half dozen renderings to get things started. The results are breath taking.
Step through the formal entry foyer, greeted by bright, airy spaces that beckon you to explore further. The spacious great room is a true centerpiece, adorned with a magnificent stone fireplace and an expansive wall of south-facing windows that flood the room with natural light, while east and west-facing windows ensure a warm, inviting glow throughout the day. This open floor plan effortlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating a perfect backdrop for entertaining or everyday living.
Enter the chef’s dream kitchen, where culinary excellence meets sophistication. Outfitted with top-of-the-line Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, this kitchen is a haven for food enthusiasts. The stunning slab countertops and backsplash, meticulously chosen for their refinement, enhance the aesthetic while providing an inviting space for gathering. Completing the kitchen is a generously sized walk-in pantry—every chef's envy—perfect for storing all your culinary delights.
Retreat to the peaceful primary bedroom, a sanctuary designed for relaxation, featuring custom wallpaper that sets the tone for restful nights. The luxurious bathroom exudes spa-like allure.
We created the bunk area of this Boulder condo to feel comfortable and accommodate either a group of children or a whole family, while maintaining a refined atmosphere suitable for adults as well. Though the space was intended for everyone, we kept a clear vision throughout the design process. The bunk room combines practicality and style, featuring a soothing neutral palette, luxurious bedding, unique lighting fixtures, ample sleeping arrangements, and a striking wood accent wall that anchors the design. Additional touches include wallpaper on the ceiling and one wall, as well as a plush slate blue carpet that completes the overall look.
A sophisticated powder room enhances the elegance of the condo, featuring a stunning gilded vanity and a custom oval mirror sourced from New York City—an exceptional touch that will impress your guests.
